Green Tea

A commonly drunk tea in China, early accounts of Green tea stretch back as far as 5,000 years ago.

Story has it that a few green tea leaves fell into a cup of hot water being drunk by Emperor Shennong, at a rest-stop during his travels one day. He drank the water without noticing the leaves and felt so refreshed afterwards that he ordered his soldiers to prepare him Green tea every day.
